A-167 A Comparison of Remotely Administered Verbal Paired Associates Subtests

Abstract Objective Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many services attempted quickly transition a remote format. A need validate delivery of neuropsychological measures arose. TestMyBrain (TMB) from Many Brains Project has been utilizing teleneuropsychology in research since 2017. Method Volunteer participants (N = 147, Mage 29, Medu 15 years, 64.7% white, 54.2% female, 83.2% right-handed, 52.1% utilized Mac Operating System) were administered TMB Verbal Paired Associates(TMBVPA) and WMS-IV Associates I(VPAI) as part larger battery test via zoom. The assessments adhered standardization much possible such limiting potential distractions. Results correlation revealed positive association between TMBVPA VPAI r(150) 0.312, p < 0.001. linear regression that performance on positively predicted F(3, 144) 9.344, 0.001 accounting for 16.6% variability over above known demographic variables. rate agreeance showed 23.7% scores within one score difference 37.4% two scores. Conclusions results suggest administration formats may not be congruent originally thought. With 62.6% outside two-point range low agreement this suggests little real-world application TMBVPA. Although telepsychology come long way, still reality any time soon. Future should compare both versions standardized person well consider other factors can influence formats.
